Alouette Frittata With Baby Shrimp
* 1(6 1/2 ounce ) packagelouette sun-dried tomato u0026 basil spreadable cheese.
* 8 eggs.
* 1 cup sour cream.
* 1 cup cooked baby shrimp.
* 2 green onions, minced.
* 2 teaspoon lemon zest.
Preparation
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 & ordm; f.
Step 2:
Whisk together the Alouette Spreadable Cheese, eggs and sour cream in a large bowl until well blended.
Step 3:
Stir in the shrimp, onion, and 1 teaspoon lemon zest until well mixed.
Step 4:
Pour into a 13 x 9 inch non stick baking pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until set.
Step 5:
Cut the warm Frittata into squares and garnish with remaining lemon zest.
Note :
Tips: This recipe can be served warm or cold and cut into small squares for use as an appetizer.
