                        Ingredients:
* Vanilla extract.                             2 tsp
* Walnuts.                                       1.5 cups
* Cinnamon.                                    1.5 tsp
* Cream cheese.                              450 gr
* Canola oil.                                      0.5 cup
* Honey.                                             1 cup
* Carrots.                                          3 cops
* All purpose flour.                          2  cups
* Baking powder.                             1.5 tsp   
* Powder sugar.                              2 cups
* Butter.                                            250 gr
* Baking soda.                                 1 tsp
* Salt.                                                0.50 tsp
* Applesauce.                                  1 cup
* Eggs.                                               4 pcs.

                       Preparations:    
Step 1:
Gentle , soft, densely with cream. A magical combination of carrots, Apple, honey and nuts. So fry the walnuts.
Step 2: 
Combine the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Step 3:
Separately, beat the eggs with the vanilla. Add the honey and again mix.
Step 4:
Then applesauce and canola oil.
Step 5:
Mix with dry ingredients.
Step 6:
Add the carrots and a glass of roasted nuts.
Step 7: 
Pour into two molds.
Step 8:
Bake for 30 minutes at 160 C degrees.
Step 9:
Meanwhile mix the butter with powdered sugar.
Step 10:
Then add the cream cheese and a little vanilla.
Step 11:
Assemble a cake from the cooled cakes and cream.
Step 12:
Thickly grease on all sides.
Step 13:
Sprinkle with remaining nuts. And it is time to cut into portions.
