                         Ingredients
Cherry.                                  400 g
Wheat flour.                           90 g
Chicken egg.                         4 things
Sugar.                                   220 g
Cream%.                                500 ml
Corn starch.                           20 g
Cocoa.                                    15 g
Dark chocolate.                    100 g
Butter.                                      30 g
Vanilla sugar.                          10 g
Powdered sugar.                     10 g
Cinnamon.                                 1 tsp
                         Preparation
Step 1:
For the biscuit cake share eggs on the whites and yolks. Beat egg yolks until white with 60 g of sugar. Whites whip until peaks , add 60 g of sugar and beat until firm peaks.
Step 2:
Gently pour whites in yolks , sprinkle on top the flour with starch , powder cocoa and 0.5 tsp of cinnamon . Gently mix the dough . Melt the butter and cool, pour in the batter and mix gently.
Step 3:
Put the dough in a greased bowl of multioven and bake 30 minutes in the baking. Cool cake.
Step 4:
Frozen cherries sprinkled with 0.5 tsp cinnamon. Boil the Syrup from the 100 ml of water and pour cherry with syrup. Leave for 3 hours.

Step 5: 
The cooled cake cut into three parts. Cherry moved to a colander. Collect the Syrup and every cake impregnate with 6-8 tbsps of syrup.
Step 6:
For the cream heat 250 ml of cream with 10 g of vanilla sugar almost to boiling. Put in the cream 80 g of chocolate chips  and stir until completely dissolved. Remove 1 hour in the refrigerator. Cooled cream whip to soft peaks and shift into a pastry bag.
Step 7:
Squeeze out the three circle of chocolate cream on the lower cake, with the distance. Put the cherries and lightly cover the cream to cover the cherries . Cover with second cake and repeat the layer of cream and cherries.
Step 8:
Cover the cake with last cake . Beat 250 ml of cream with 2 tsps of powdered sugar . Takeout 5 tbsps of whipped cream in a pastry syringe , and the rest of cream smear the cake on top and on all sides. On top of the cake squeeze the roses of cream. Decorate the cake with cherries and put 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Step 9:
Here is the finished dish.
