Ingredients
* 1 cup frozen blueberries.
* 1/2 cup frozen perches.
* 1 cup not- fat vanilla yogurt.
* 1 cup 2% low - fat milk.
Preparation
Step 1:
Place all ingredients in blender an pluse until smooth.
Step 2:
Smoothie Will be very thick.
Step 3:
If you like sweeter smoothies add 1-3 tbls of honey. Serving 1 member.
