Pomfret fish Fry recipe is a tasty and a mouthwatering recipe with a crispy texture. Pomfret is one of the tastiest fishes in the sea with a firmer meat and has less bones. And the aroma of the Recipe is going to invite your neighbors. Pomfret fish Fry recipe is done in the Kerala style fish Fry using a tawa. This shallow fish Fry creates crispy fish with less oil.
Ingredients:
* 500 g pomfret fish.
* 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
* 1 tsp coriander powder.
* 2 tsp chilli powder.
* 2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
* Some chopped curry leaves.
* Juice of half lemon.
* 1 tsp pepper powder.
* Salt to taste.
* 2 tbsp oil.
Preparations:
Step 1:
Into a bowl mix turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, salt, pepper powder and lemon juice, sprinkle little water mix well.
Step 2:
Coat the fish pieces well with the masalas and marinate it for minimum 20-30 minutes.
Step 3:
Heat some oil and fry until crispy on both the sides.
