        Cold Cucumber soup with Cream
Simple and very quick soup- a cold soup in a blender. A minimum of hassle and lots of fun, a minimum number of ingredients which , moreover , is always at hand , this soup turns light, refreshing and delicious.
                        Ingredients:
* Basil.                                           0.50 cup
* Water.                                          1 cup
* Greek yogurt.                              0.50 cup
* Green onions.                              0.25 cup
* Lemon juice.                                1 tbsp
* Mint.                                              0.50 cup
* Cucumber.                                     1 pcs
* Hot sauce.                                     0.50 tsp
* Sour cream or cream.                  0.50 cup
* Salt.                                                To taste
* Feta.                                                50 g
                        Preparations:
Step 1:
Peel and slice the cucumber . Leave some circles for serving.

Step 2:
Put in a blender along with the cream ( sour cream). Greek yogurt , herbs and water in a blender.

Step 3:
Good chop, until smooth.

Step 4:
Squeeze a lemon juice.


Step 5:
Add the hot sauce and salt. Mix , if you want a really cold soup ( for example, if you decide to cook it in the summer), put it into 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Step 6:
Pour on the plates, crumble the feta on the top, garnish with cucumber rings and ready to serve.
