Cucumber Raita

                    Cucumber Raita
                     Ingredients:
* Zeera powder                                0.25 tsp
* Ginger.                                            1 tsp
* Yogurt.                                           1 cup
* Coriander powder.                        0.25 tsp
* Cucumber.                                     0.50 pcs
* Mint and coriander leaves.         1 handful
* Salt.                                               0.25 tsp
                   Preparations:
Step 1:
Raita - a popular Indian snack that is prepared based on yogurt and served as a sauce or dip to the main course. Yogurt produces a cooling effect and balances the generous Indian flavoured entrees. Add the Cucumber, and a raita can safely be served with a fiery Chicken tandoori . So cut the Cucumber in half, clean out the middle.
Step 2:
And grate.
Step 3:
Mix yogurt with chopped ginger , salt, coriander powder and zeera powder.
Step 4:
Finely chop the coriander or mint.....
Step 5:
And along with cucumber and yogurt.
Step 6:
