      Easy Peasy Healthy Mango Lassi
                         Ingredients:
* Mangoes frozen.                      2 cups
* Plain fat- free yogurt.               1 cup
* Cold water.                                1 cup
* 1 Pinch salt.               
* Stevia powder (sweet thulasi
   powder ).                                   1/4 tsp
                           Preparations:
Step 1:
There the mango .( I often cheat and use the microwave to speed up the process).

Step 2:
Puree thewed mango in the food processor until smooth.

Step 3:
Add salt , yogurt and Stevia powder, process until smooth.

Step 4:
Add water. Mix to blend.

Step 5:
Serve desired, I like mine over ice with a straw can be pre- made and stored in advance too . It keeps for days and doesn't separate.
