              Pani Puri Recipe is my favourite street food. It is a popular street food of cosmopolitan city like Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Bangalore. While across India there are several variations to this recipe. However, Pani Puri Recipe version of Mumbai is hugely popular. Basically it is made up of round puri which is stuffed with aloo masala and then filled with spiced and tangy water.
                           Ingredients:
For Masala Stuffing:
* Chilli powder.                            1/2 tsp
* Potatoes boiled and pealed.    2
* Chickpea soaked and cooked.1/4 cup
* Cumin powder.                           1/2 tsp
* Salt to taste
* Chaat masala.                            3/4 tsp
* Aamchur powder/
    dry mango powder.                   1/2 tsp
For Pani:
First full hand coriander leaves
* Few mint leaves/ pudina
* Green chili.                                  1
* Tamarind juice.                           1/4 cup
* Ginger.                                          1 inch
* Water.                                           2cups
* Cumin powder.                            1/2 tsp
* Chaat masala.                             3/4 tsp
* Salt to taste
For Assembling Pani Puri:
* Few puris, homemade puri recipe.
* Masala stuffing.
* Pani for pani puri recipe.
* Tamarind chutney.                      1/4 cup
                            Preparations:
Masala stuffing recipe:
Step 1:
Firstly, in a large bowl mash boiled potatoes.
Step 2:
Furthermore, add cooked chikpea.
Step 3:
Also add cumin powder, chilli powder, chaat masala, aamchur powder and salt.
Step 4:
Mix well and mash completely.
Step 5:
Finally, Masala is ready for stuffing.
Pani for pani puri recipe:
Step 1:
Firstly, in a blender jar take fistful of coriander leaves and mint leaves.
Step 2:
To that add ginger and green chili.
Step 3:
Add little water and blend.
Step 4:
Furthermore, filter it using a sieve.
Step 5:
Add a cup more water to extract the juice from mint and coriander.
Step 6:
Then add tamarind juice.
Step 7:
Also add cumin powder, chaat masala and salt.
Step 8:
Give a good mix and pani is ready.
Pani puri assembling recipe:
Step 1:
Firstly, take puri and make a hole at the centre with the help of thumb.
Step 2:
Furthermore, stuff a tsp of prepared masala.
Step 3:
Then add a tsp of tamarind chutney.
Step 4:
After that and pani into the puri.
Step 5:
Finally, serve Pani Puri along with chopped onions.
