           German Home Fried Potatoes                              Ingredients: * 12 red potatoes, small. * 1 red onion , cut in julienne. * 1 garlic clove, crushed. * 2 tbsp canola oil. * 2 tbsp olive oil. * 2 tbsp chives. * Salt and pepper.                            Preparations: Step 1: Cook potatoes in their jackets, until done. Step 2: Cool slightly and peel . Step 3: Cut into thin slices while still warm. Step 4: In a non - stick skillet, add a mixture of canola oil and olive oil- just enough to coat the bottom of pan. Step 5: Heat oil and add potato slices and onion. Step 6: Season with salt and pepper. Step 7: Saute until golden brown. Step 8: Sprinkle liberally with chopped chives or parsley.                        BBQ Potatoes                         Ingredients: * 2 tbsp butter or 2 tbsp margarine , melted. * 1 tbsp chilly powder. * 1 tbsp honey. * 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. * 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper. * 2 lbs. Medium red potatoes, quartered.                           Preparations: Step 1: Preheat oven 400 degrees F . In large bowl, combine , chilli powder, honey, garlic powder, pepper and butter. Step 2: Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spoon potatoes in greased 11x7 - inch baking dish. Step 3: Bake 40- 50 minutes until potatoes are tender. BBQ -- wrap and seal in foil; place on grill for about 30 minutes until tender. EGGLESS BUTTER NAAN RECIPE IN PAN / WITHOUT TANDOOR OR OVEN :                             Ingredients: * 1/4 cup water * 2 tbsp sugar * 1 tsp yeast * 2 cups all purpose Flour * 1 tbsp powder milk * 1/2 tsp salt * 2 tbsp yogurt * 1 tbsp oil * Add some water make a fine dough                                Preparations: Step 1: 1/4 cup water, 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp yeast mix well. Keep for 10 Minutes. Step 2: 2 cups all purpose flour, 1 tbsp milk powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp yogurt and 1 tbsp oil mix well. Step 3: Add some water, make a fine dough. Rub some oil. Cover the bowl. Keep for 1 hour in warm place. Step 4: Dough is ready. Step 5: Divide in equal. Roll the dough. Step 6: Fry / bake on stove. Step 7: Brush some butter.
