                          Avocado Dip
Avocado Dip in sauce for tortillas. Dollop it on scrambled eggs, roasted sweet potatoes and/ or black beans - avocado dip complements these flavors especially well.
                          Ingredients:
* Avocado                          1 cup chopped
* Lime juice.                      1 tbsp
* Spring onions.                2 tbsp
* Curd.                                1 tbsp
* Red chilly.                        1 no
* Garlic.                              2 cloves
* Pepper.                             As required
* Salt.                                  As required

                          Preparations:
Step 1:
For preparing avocado dip, mix together all ingredients in a blender.

Step 2:
Blend into a smooth paste.

Step 3:
Avocado Dip is ready. Transfer the avocado sauce to a small serving bowl. This sauce keeps well in the refrigerator, covered for about 4 days.

Note:
If you would like a thinner, more drizzly sauce, add water in 1 tbsp increments consistency. Taste, and add more salt if it's not quite flavorful enough.
